Know Your Needs: location, size, parking, condition, etc. Making decisions before you buy a property will save you time, gas, and frustration. Being flexible is great but having defined parameters speeds up the process.

Real Estate Agent: Get a real estate agent that will guide you through the home buying process. They can put you on a very specified search and put you in contact with other parties you may need, likes inspectors and attorneys.

Don’t sit on properties: In a sellers’ market you may have until the end of the day to see it and/or make on offer. Being an decisive and aggressive buyer will ensure you don’t lose out on the sale.
